At the Armstrong Brokerage, we represent buyers at no charge. Our commission is paid by the Sellers.
Prospective buyers need only supply us with the information regarding what type of property they are interested in purchasing and price range and we begin our research to locate only those properties that fit the buyers parameters. This prevents wasting the buyers’ valuable time and ours too.
After a buyer has selected a property, our real estate attorney-broker carefully drafts a real estate purchase contract offer specifically crafted to meet the buyers’ needs in the transaction, including those provisions that will allow the buyers to “back out” of the transaction should information be revealed that makes the property unsuitable to the buyers.
Once the offer is accepted by the Sellers, our broker reviews all disclosures from Seller and related documents to make sure that all is in order. We also make a visual inspection of a home’s interior and exterior in an attempt to reveal any defects that may exist.
