   Listings:   When you list your property for sale with the Armstrong Brokerage, we obtain detailed information from you regarding your property, take measurements and photographs for use in MLS listings and marketing.

   Marketing:    As most real estate buyers use the Internet for searching for properties, we also prepare a customized web page or pages for your property, making the information available to any one with access to the web worldwide.   This is in addition to MLS web pages - accessible only by member realtors. This creates much more exposure for your real property. Click on Featured Listings (or on the menu) to see an example.

  We can also prepare virtual tours and/or video of your property for distribution on a DVD or for placement on the world-wide-web video sites. We can also produce marketing flyers and other materials in-house. Further, your property will be listed on our web site in our Featured Listings section!

Attorney drafting and review of all documents at no charge! If you are considering selling your property though another broker, before you do, ask them whether or not a real estate attorney is drafting and reviewing all contracts and related disclosure and other documents for you free of charge. Chances are the answer is no!

At the Armstrong Brokerage, our broker is a real estate attorney and drafting and review of all contracts and documents is included in your listing at no extra charge! In today’s legal climate, failure to have your documents properly drafted and reviewed by a real estate attorney could result in invalid contracts, improperly drafted documents and/or incomplete disclosures, which could result in liability even years later. Sale of real estate is for many people the largest transaction in their life. In addition to all of the other valuable services provided by the Armstrong Brokerage, we feel this is an extremely valuable, free service.
