    Kenneth Armstrong attended Long Beach City College and California State University at Long Beach. He was awarded his BSBA from Sussex College of Technology, Sussex, England. Ken receive his Juris Doctorate degree with Distinction from Pacific Coast University School of Law (PCU) in Long Beach, CA.   PCU is the oldest, continually operating private law school in California.   It was in existence before the CA State Bar.

    During law school, Ken received the West Publishing award for Outstanding Legal Scholarship and was awarded his Juris Doctorate with Distinction and graduated Valedictorian (No. 1) of his law school class.   He was also the Gen. Mgr. of the International Towers in Long Beach and also owner and senior appraiser of a real estate appraisal company. He was first licensed by the CA Dept of Real Estate in the early 1970’s.

   Ken practiced civil, real estate, estate planning and family law in his practice in Long Beach, CA.    Moving to Mount Shasta, CA in 1991, he has been practicing civil law, family law, real estate law, contract law, estate planning, business law and litigation in Mount Shasta and Siskiyou County for 17 years.
